The HK 45CT Compact by Umarex is an excellent replica of the real firearm of the same name manufactured by HK. The HK 45CT was initially designed as a replacement for the Beretta M9 currently in use by the US military. HK decided to offer the weapon to law enforcement and military agencies around the world. It is now in the use of many groups including the Navy SEALs. The pistol features a high strength polymer lower receiver with an aluminum slide for light weight strength. It also has an ambidextrous magazine release, slide lock, and fire control.
