The Ares Amoeba AS-01 Gen 2 “Striker” is a high quality AEG sniper rifle with a number of features which make the rifle easy and fun to use. It features a working spring-powered short stroke bolt which supports direct feed. Typically, the rifle is fed by a 45 rd box magazine when the bolt is actuated. The bolt spring can be swapped out to tune the exact FPS easily. The bolt uses Amoebas compact power bolt, meaning the bolt actuates with a much shorter pull than other bolt action rifles. The rifle has a modular chassis which supports an adjustable stock, cheek riser, and grip making it very ergonomic. It also features a top picatinny rail for any optic you might like, an ambidextrous magazine release, a bipod mount, and a loaded chamber indicator. If you are looking for a high quality sniper rifle AEG this is a very good budget friendly option.
