Pattern 500, A-500-B4-B is one of our new Assisted Opening Knives in 2019, weighing 4.1 ounces. This Modified Drop Point Bear Swipe V pattern is made with Sandvik 14C28N Premium Steel with a Black Finish, allowing this knife to be corrosion resistant and tough with a great edge retention. The blade is designed with a Hollow Ground 3-1/4” blade edge and features a thumb flipper for easy opening. The 4-1/4” solid Black G10 Handle features a right-handed Pocket Clip that provides for tip-up carry and quick access. Pattern 500 features a stainless-steel liner lock for secure blade lock up and a spring assisted action for rapid deployment. Jimping is present on the liner lock and the top of the blade for a more secure grip. The Bear Swipe V Rescue Knife also features a Seatbelt Cutter that opens on the side and a Glass Breaker in the back that can be used in emergency situations. Pattern 500 is proudly made in the USA.
