 MiR Tactical Company Return and Technical Service Warranty Policies

RETURN POLICY

MiR Tactical is committed to offering our customers the best shopping experience possible and the best customer support in the market. If you are not happy with your purchase made on our website or at retail locations, we will assist you in terms of the return policy. You will have 14 days from the date of the receipt to request a refund, store credit, or an exchange as long as the specified below terms are met. All returns must be accompanied with the original MiR Tactical purchase receipt, VIP customers sales receipts may be available in our system. 

All Product being returned or exchanged is required to be in ORIGINAL CONDITION, brand new and unused. ORIGINAL CONDITION is defined as the item has no signs of use, attempted use, modifications, attempted modifications, in original packaging with accessories (if applicable), with original merchandise tags. Merchandise that does not meet above mentioned requirements will not be granted return authorization request.

MiR Tactical reserves the right in determining the condition of returned merchandise that is agreed upon by the buyer during the initial purchase of the product. Returns that fail to apply towards required condition will be refused or become subject to 15% and up to 50% restocking fee.

 Additional Conditions & Exclusions

  • No returns on clearance, discounted, open-box, used airsoft, and bone yard merchandise.
  • Items not purchased from MiR Tactical
  • Airsoft replica weapons with missing or attempted removal of “Orange” safety tip flash hiders will not be accepted or serviced under any conditions. In addition, such action will void any existing MiR Tactical or manufacturer warranties. The orange tip flash hider is a requirement regulated by the Federal Law and not a subject to change.
  • MiR Tactical reserves the right to refuse and/or deny any return for refund, store credit or exchange for any item that is determined to be used, damaged, altered, modified, or is in any condition that would deem the item to be unsalable.
  • For replacements and repairs under manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to applicable product documentation or manufacturer’s website. This covers manufacturer defects only (Wiring, gearbox, motor, piston, spring, magazine, and any other internal parts).
  • Any items not matching following condition will be refused for service or warranty assistance.

Items defective due to mishandling or improper use

Items that have painted over or have the orange tip removed/covered.

Items that are worn, damaged, wet, or showing excessive/damage

Items that have been dropped or struck against objects (evident by body damage)

Items that have been disassembled or modified.

Items that have been used with low grade CO2 and/or propane/green gas.

Items that have been upgraded

Airsoft replica weapons that were damaged by firing .12g BBs or poor-quality BBs.

Custom Build and Technical Service Warranty

Warranty period is 30 days after date of pickup.
Receipt must be present for warranty claims, VIP customers sales receipts may be available in our system.

Warranty claim must be related to the work performed on gun or item
Warranty will void due to the following:

  • It is the customers responsibility to use batteries that are specified by the manufactured for products they have purchased from Mir Tactical. Damage caused by the improper use of, or incorrect batteries used.
  • Use of improper BBs size, re-used BBs, low quality/low grade BBs, translucent BBs.
  • Disassembly of the item, altering factory components or changing custom parameters set by Mir Tactical technician. 
  • Failure to comply with the instructions in the Owner’s Manual
  • Unreasonable or excessive use, mishandling and/or introduction of foreign matter into/on the inner and outer components.
  • For non-custom builds failure to provide proper care and maintenance as specified by the manufacturer. 
  • Custom builds failure to adhere to Mir Tactical maintenance recommendations or altering customized setting and or parameters set by MiR Tactical.

Warranty does not cover the shipping and handling cost, or any incidental or consequential damages caused during shipping. back to the customer unless customer has purchased Mir Tactical mail-in repair services. 

No Service Warranty is provided on repairs and or custom builds when MiR Tactical has advised customer of known interoperability, functionality, and reliability of customer requested service. No Service Warranty is provided on repairs and or custom builds when these services are performed using customer provided parts (i.e., engines, gear sets, pistons, etc.)

Services are non-refundable once completed.

Mir Tactical reserves the right to determine what constitutes unreasonable or excessive use of the product.

Merchandise Returns by Mail

Prior to any shipment of items back to the original buying facility, you must receive a return authorization request number (RMA). Any packages received without prior approved RMA will be refused and returned to the sender. Please email to info@mirtactical.com for RMA request. MiR Tactical reserves the right in determining the condition of returned merchandise that is agreed upon by the buyer during the initial purchase of the product. Returns that fail to apply towards required condition will be refused or become subject to 15% and up to 50% restocking fee.

Request For Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

  • If your package arrived damaged, please inspect and keep all contents and contact our support team immediately. We will assist you in completing a damage claim with the carrier.
  • Please start the warranty claim by completing the RMA form online. Please do not return anything until you have been issued a RMA #. Otherwise, the package may be refused or lost without prompt paperwork.
  • One of our dedicated RMA staff will contact you within in 1-3 business days of receiving your request. Please note: our team is off on the weekends.
  • Want to learn more about you Airsoft gun and troubleshoot better yourself? Check out our YouTube videos online on basic AEG troubleshooting! If you don't feel comfortable, just send it back to us.
  • All return packages will be inspected by authorized, industry leading technicians who will make the final decisions on the warranty claim.
  • For any other returns or exchanges, please submit your request on our Returns page. Items must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in original packaging to be returned; a 15% restocking fee may apply to cover labor cost, product inspection, packaging, and handling. No restocking fee will be charged for returns resulting from errors by mirtactical.com. Shipping fees paid to third party carriers are non-refundable.
  • Manufacturer Defect: If you received an item with manufacture defects, mirtactical.com will repair or replace the item within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise specified. Once your return is received, the item will be inspected by one of our technicians to determine if it is covered under our manufacture warranty. Please review warranty policy page for more detailed information
  • Damaged upon arrival: If your package arrived damaged, one of our customer service representatives will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please inspect all contents and keep original box and packaging material. Please note that this process may take up to 10 business days depending on the carrier.
  • Exchanges: You may exchange an item if it is unused, unworn and unopened within 30 days of delivery. Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Return for store credit: You may return an item for merchandise credit if the item is unused, unworn, and unopened in its original packaging within 45 days of delivery. A restocking fee will apply. Shipping cost will be deducted from refund.
  • Non-Warranty / Repair / Upgrades Services: The labor rate for our technician is $40 a hour if you need assistance with any non-warranty repairs, upgrade service. All mirtactical.com technicians are in house and very experienced individuals.

Limited or NO Warranty items

  • Warranty does not cover aftermarket internal parts once installed. Manufacturer defects must be documented prior to installation. Warranty does not cover damage as a result of defective parts.
  • Low-value economical Airsoft guns under $60.00 and batteries are not covered under warranty.
  • Hazardous Materials: Items classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned. Warranty can be filed with their respective manufacturers.

Mir Tactical reserves the right to determine what constitutes unreasonable or excessive use of the product.

Refunds and Restocking Fees

  • All returns will be inspected upon arrival to determine warranty coverage.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method received.
  • Original shipping cost will NOT be refunded for non-warranty related requests; if a free shipping discount code was used, the actual shipping fee will be deducted from the refund
