Actually, it's a 6061 T6 Aircraft Aluminum hop up. We know, "Aircraft Grade" is the favorite buzzword of every airsoft company trying to make a $15 part sound like it belongs on a SpaceX rocket. But we actually machine these Things in-house at PolarStar to +/- 0.002" tolerances because we're tired of seeing high-end builds ruined by sloppy, off-spec cast parts. They used this stuff for wing spars and fuselage skins, and now you're using it for your hop up. It's probably overkill, but "overkill" is basically our middle name.

Look, we could play the industry game and trademark some stupid marketing words or pay a YouTuber to tell you this Thing will magically double your range while they shill you a generic flashlight. PolarStar don't play that. We designed this with a zero-BS focus on the stuff that actually matters: consistency, fitment, and air-seal. No fluff, no "proprietary magic," just a straight-forward, precision-engineered tool that does exactly what it's supposed to do every time you pull the trigger.

The heart of this Thing is our TDC (Top Dead Center) slider system. Unlike the old-school sliders that shift if you sneeze on them, our TDC arm applies perfectly vertical pressure for a consistent flight path.

We've modularized the design so you can actually tune the fitment for both AEG and HPA builds.
