RED DAWN
In an alternate Cold War Era, US early warning systems have been crippled, leading to a Red Wave from the U.S.S.R. washing across most of the USA from the West Coast. Soviet forces advanced hard and fast across most of the western states, finally reaching the Midwest.
Now they've arrived in Crete, Illinois, focused on a logistics hub for ammo and supplies to the remaining US Forces and Civilian Resistance fighters. The Soviets muster their forces in preparation to assault this important location as the US Forces dig in and recruit the surrounding population to repel them. Only dawn will reveal in which direction the red tide will run...
The only question is, which side will you fight for?

A Message from MiR Tactical
Red Dawn serves as the season opener event for MiR Tactical. We are excited to invite some of the vendors out to showcase new products for the 2024 season, and we have the the MiR Tactical Mobile Store on site! This is a great time to get out and see your friends, try new airsoft guns and gear, and kick off your airsoft season with a laid back event.

USA - Tan Faction
Camo Rules/Limitations - Tan, any tan based camo, Civilian clothing (Jeans, shirts, flannels, etc. All UAE faction camos are approved for this faction.)
*NO GREEN, GREEN BASED CAMO, BLACK, OR BLACK BASED CAMO ALLOWED FOR THIS FACTION
Soviet - Green Faction
Camo Rules/Limitations - Green, any green based camo, Black, any black based camo. (All COR faction camos are approved for this faction.)
*NO TAN, TAN BASED CAMO, OR CIVILIAN CLOTHING ALLOWED FOR THIS FACTION
RESTRICTIONS
The following clothing colors are restricted for players: RED (used primarily for dead rags), ORANGE, Bright/Safety YELLOW (Orange/Yellow are mainly used for safety colors and staff or photographer identification).

*All event participants must sign the waiver(s) provided prior to event.
EVENT SPECIFIC RULES:
- Factions colors WILL BE ENFORCED. (i.e. Green, Tan, Civilian, etc.)
- Full Auto and Hi-Cap magazines are ALLOWED for this event. Drum mags are still ONLY allowed for LMG/HMG/MMG class.
- Use of any 'SAFETY' colors is still NOT ALLOWED for Civilian clothing, i.e. Red, Orange, Bright Yellow, etc. Please use your best judgment.
- Pyro grenades/devices may be disallowed on the day of or announced shortly before the event due to field/weather conditions to prevent fire hazards. (PLEASE ASK STAFF IF YOU ARE NOT THERE FOR THE INITIAL RULES BREIFING!)
- Please be aware that location/event specific rules may be amended by staff during the event for safety reasons or to improve the experience of all players attending.
- You are responsible/accountable for your action(s) during the event. Treat all players/staff with respect and act with integrity. Mir Tactical reserves the right to remove or eject and person’s from the event for violation of the rules, or of poor sportsmanship/character.
