The CNC gearset is crafted from high quality steel and vacuum hardened before a protective black oxidization process is applied.
In addition, the ULTIMATE Gearset Bevel Gear in each set has been expertly crafted to mesh perfectly with the Pinion Gear on our ULTIMATE motors. This perfect fit reduces stress on the gears points of contact and ensures flawless operation.
Each element is differentially heat treated to the perfect Rockwell grade rated hardness for the gears engagement point with its corresponding parts. Where required, the CNC Gearset has been precision milled to incorporate apertures for counterweights and to remove teeth from the sector gear.
