Looking to stay at an event in a little more style? The Special Lodging pass is exactly what you wanted. With limited availability, this pass allows you access to special lodging options dependent on the AO.
Pass Holder's name must match the name entered when the event ticket was purchased, and the name on their Valid ID.
This pass is valid for the dates listed for the event purchased. This pass is not valid for events other than the one in which it was purchased for.
Special Lodging Passes are NON-REFUNDABLE, please make sure you are certain of your attendance before purchasing.

SPECIAL LODGING PASS
- Special Lodging Passes may only be purchased by those 18+. A Parent or Guardian must accompany anyone under 18.
- Valid ID is required when checking in and must match the name provided when purchasing Event Ticket and Lodging Pass.
- Parent/Guardian may purchase passes for accompanying players under 18 and assumes responsibility for them and their actions in the Lodging.
- Allows access to one (1) special lodging stay at designated event.
- Number of people covered will differ depending on Pass/AO/Lodging. See event list below for details.
- Lodgings may be private or shared depending on Pass/AO/Lodging available. See event list below for details.
- MiR Tactical IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen gear or personal items, please make sure they are secured/accounted for.
- Pass purchaser is responsible for trash and cleaning up before leaving.
- Any unnecessary damage or excessive littering found may have the Pass purchaser held responsible.
- This will vary on a case by case basis and may include monetary responsibility or being restricted from attending future events as examples.
- Proof of purchase must be provided upon request (we recommend printing out a copy to have on hand).
EVENTS

On-Site Barracks lodging is available and will be limited to individual purchase.

Lodging Information - The following applies to both Individual and Group Barracks Lodging:
- Duration of Stay
- Check In - Friday, starting at 2:00pm
- Check Out - Sunday, must be out by 4:00pm
- Location
- within AO grounds - will be inaccessible during daytime gameplay, Sat 10:00am - 5:00pm, Sun 10:00 am - 2:30 pm
- Please bring all necessary gear, snacks, and other needed items out to your FOBs during these times.
- Shared open floor Barracks Bunk House Style Lodging.
- Bunk Style Beds - Players will be responsible for the following, they will not be provided.
- Toiletries / Soap
- Bedding / Pillows
- Players will be responsible for securing / locking up their own belongings if needed.
- Loaded Magazines / Airsoft Guns will NOT be tolerated within lodging buildings.
- Please make sure Magazines are unloaded, batteries are removed, and guns are stowed in gun bags or storage cases before entering.
- Loose BBs/Loading magazines is NOT ALLOWED within the Barracks. BBs must be kept secured and put away until leaving the building.
Individual Barracks Lodging - $65
- Limited to 100 Individuals
- Up to 50 players per bunk room
- Use of single top or bottom bunk style bed.
- Blankets/pillows not provided, bring your own.
- Top/Bottom bunks are not reserved, and will be on a first come, first served basis.
- Players have use of shared, open floor bunk house style space
- SHOWER ACCESS INCLUDED - Access to indoor plumbing and shower facilities.
- Toiletries / Soap not provided, bring your own.
- As a reminder, bunk houses will be inaccessible during daytime gameplay as marked above.
- Players are responsible for securing or locking up their own gear and belongings.
Please Note: Events not listed do not have available Lodging options due to restrictions of either the AO or Event Duration.
