Airsoft Googles, Masks & Anti-Fogging Accesories
Good airsoft eye protection does three things: stops a BB cold, keeps your field of view wide open, and doesn't fog up the second the game gets moving. That's the bar we hold every piece of eye and face protection on this page to. Pick up the ESS Crossbow Suppressor Eyeshield for a wide, open field of view, or go full coverage with the Lancer Tactical Full Face Mask when you're running CQB.
Gear up once, gear up right, and stop thinking about your eyes for the rest of the match.
Lenses vs. Goggles vs. Face Masks: Which Are Best for Airsoft
For outdoor field games, a solid pair of tactical lenses or safety glasses gets the job done. Indoor and CQB games are a different animal. Shots come in closer and faster, and a lot of indoor fields require goggles or a full-face mask, no exceptions. Check your field's rules before you buy, they're not all the same.
- Goggles, frames & glasses: full-seal goggles like the BSX Tango Thermal Lens Goggles, or tactical lenses like the Bravo Airsoft Tactical Eye Pro.
- Full-face masks: covers your whole face in one piece, built for CQB and close-quarters play, like the Lancer Tactical Full Face Mask.
- Anti-fog accessories: fan systems and sprays that keep any of the above clear all game long.
Stop Your Airsoft Goggles From Fogging Up
Fogged-up goggles are the number one complaint we hear from players, full stop. A fan system beats a spray every time for goggles, since it moves air across the lens instead of just coating it. The EXFOG XT Essential Kit and EXFOG XT Standard Kit mount right to your goggles and keep them clear through a full day on the field.
Keep Your Mask or Lenses Fog-Free
Masks and open lenses fog differently than sealed goggles, and a fan isn't always the right fix. A good anti-fog spray or wipe does the job without adding hardware to your setup. Cat Crap Lens Cleaner Wipes and the Cat Crap Spray Bottle coat the lens so fog can't stick, and they work on masks, lenses, and goggles alike.
FAQ
What is the best eye protection for airsoft?
Whatever fits your face right and matches how you play. Field players usually do fine with tactical lenses. CQB players want goggles or a full-face mask, since shots come in closer and faster indoors.
Lenses vs. goggles vs. face masks: what's the real difference?
Lenses give you the widest field of view and the least weight on your face. Goggles seal against your skin for full coverage without giving up much visibility. A full-face mask covers everything, including your mouth and jaw, which is why CQB players lean on them.
How do I stop my goggles or mask from fogging up?
For goggles, a fan system like EXFOG moves air across the lens and clears fog fast. For masks and open lenses, an anti-fog spray or wipe like Cat Crap coats the lens so fog can't form in the first place.
