Airsoft Helmet Accessories: Shrouds, Coverings, Replica Mounts
Small parts, big difference. A shroud gives your helmet a mounting point for an NVG, and a cover matches your helmet to the rest of your camo without adding any bulk.
What's a Helmet Shroud, and Do You Need One?
A shroud is the small rail bracket that bolts onto the front of your helmet. On its own it doesn't do much, but it's what an NVG mount clips onto, so if your helmet doesn't have one built in, you need a shroud before an NVG mount will attach at all. Check our NVG mounts once you've got a shroud in place.
Covers for Matching Your Camo
A helmet cover doesn't add protection, it stretches over the shell so your helmet matches the rest of your loadout instead of standing out in solid black or tan. Quick swap if you're rotating between camo patterns for different fields or seasons.
FAQ
What's a helmet shroud, and do I need one before buying an NVG mount?
A shroud is the rail bracket your NVG mount clips onto. Most helmets don't come with one built in, so check your helmet before ordering a mount, you'll likely need both.
What airsoft helmet accessories do you carry?
Shrouds for mounting NVGs and covers for camo matching, so you can build out your helmet setup without buying a new shell.
