There's more open space around the brow and cheek than a sealed goggle gives you, so lenses make the most sense for outdoor games with more distance between shots, and less sense for close-quarters CQB.

If you wear glasses, look for a frame with enough depth to sit over them without pinching your temples. Not every pair fits every face the same way, so if you're not sure a specific frame will clear your glasses, ask us before you buy instead of guessing.
