How to Mount an NVG to Your Helmet
Your helmet needs a shroud on the front before any of these mounts will attach, the mount clips onto the shroud, then your NVG unit clips onto the mount. If your helmet doesn't already have a shroud, grab one from our helmet accessories page first.
Aluminum vs. Titanium Mounts: Which to Choose
Aluminum mounts cost less and hold up fine for most players. Titanium costs more but shaves weight off the front of your helmet, which matters more than you'd think after a few hours of wearing one. If you're already running a bump helmet, a mask, and a light, titanium is worth the upgrade. If your setup is lighter, aluminum does the job.
